Easter 2016

At the Easter Sunday service, we celebrated a baptism and renewed our baptismal vows. Alleluia! Christ is risen! Alleluia!


After the service, we enjoyed a festive coffee hour. Thank you to everyone who brought food to share! The children enjoyed an Easter egg hunt. They placed their eggs in one of three baskets representing outreach to A Better Chance, the Thea Bowman House, and the St. James' Day School.

They then received a generous handfull of Easter candy for their donations. The St. James' outreach committee has committed to donate $200 to the three organizations, portioned according to the number of eggs in each basket.
